Senior Consultants

Already an established high achiever, holding a senior professional position within the financial services or banking industry, with an impressive provable track record coupled to a high educational background. International experience would be an advantage. The successful applicants must have the self motivation and personal integrity levels necessary to achieve our target performance goal which is rewarded with an exceptional remuneration package. They would be expected to quickly demonstrate the drive and skills necessary to achieve team and management responsibilities. It is unlikely that anyone under the age of 35 would have the expected experience.

Consultants

We seek established successful professionals to augment our existing consultant team. Our clientele comprises of senior executives and high net worth individuals, therefore the successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the necessary high personal skills needed to achieve a valued advisor status. Preference will be given to those candidates with a related consultant experience however individuals with an exceptional professional track record can apply as initial and ongoing training programmes are compulsory.

The “on target” remuneration package places our consultants within the highest national income levels for professionals.

They must have accrued an exceptionally successful history of assessment, analysis and advising at senior management and director levels. The candidates should already be located and professionally established in one of the following areas:

Venezuela: Maracaibo, Valencia/Maracay, Puerto la Cruz and Maturín/Bolívar state. We further seek to increase our Caracas team with two additional consultants.

Associates

We are seeking to establish a group of exceptionally talented, articulate, numerate young graduate professionals, based in Caracas, who will be extensively trained and groomed, over the coming years to be our managers and directors of the future. Mature beyond your age, you will have already achieved exceptionally high academic standards and qualifications which have been surpassed by your success during at least two years work experience, preferably within the Financial or associated industries. The remuneration package will reflect the importance we place on finding the correct candidates.

Personal Assistant to Managing Director

During the second half of 2006 we opened our new southern Latin America office in Buenos Aires and in 2007 we shall add Santiago de Chile and Bogotá offices. Our managing director is seeking a hard working individual P.A. for each location to assist him in the establishment process. The individuals will have a proven multi talented track record in administration and task achievement, hard working, good communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised. Good written and spoken English is essential.
